SPATIALinfo® provides customer support, maintenance and software updates through a subscription—only program. You can access software updates, unlimited technical support via the web portal, and unlimited phone support during support hours in North America and Asia time zones.

SPATIALinfo's Online Customer Support Portal is monitored at all times and provides interactive tools for troubleshooting, documentation and searchable knowledge bases.

In addition, SPATIALinfo customers can stay connected on the LinkedIn SPATIALinfo User Group (SIUG), where questions can be raised directly to the user community. (Note that this group is managed solely by our customers and is not monitored by SPATIALinfo customer service representatives.)
